Privacy
We keep what's needed to run your orders, match buyers with publishers, and pay people, and nothing for advertising. This page explains what that is and who can see it.
In short
- Matching is anonymous: others see your numbers, not your name, until you've both accepted.
- Your orders, articles and messages are visible only to you, the other side of the order, and our admins.
- Payments go through PayPal and sign-in through our sign-in provider; we never see or store card details or passwords.
- No ad trackers, no selling data. Ask us and we'll export or delete your data.
What we collect
- Account: your name and email address, from sign-up, and your company name if you add it.
- Buyers: your campaigns (the website promoted, niches, budget per post, posts a month), the publishers you work with, and what you accept or skip in suggestions.
- Publishers: your sites, niches, prices, topics you accept, coupons and discounts, your buyers, and the PayPal email you get paid to.
- Orders: target URLs, anchor texts, briefs, articles, messages, live post URLs, amounts paid, and invoice references.
- Technical: basic request logs from our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser) used for security and fixing problems.
How we use it
- To run orders: take payment, pass the brief to the publisher, track the order, show its status page, and release payouts.
- To suggest matches: we compare a campaign's niches and budget with publishers' niches and prices, and a buyer's activity with a publisher's sites.
- To check posts: when a publisher marks a post live, we load the page to confirm it's on the ordered site and links to the target.
- To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To email you about your account and orders. We don't send marketing without asking.
Who sees what
- In matching, a buyer sees a publisher's niches, price range, traffic and turnaround, never the name or sites; a publisher sees a buyer's niches, typical budget and order count, never the company. Names and emails are shared only after both sides accept.
- Once connected, a buyer sees the publisher's name, sites and prices; the publisher sees the buyer's name and email.
- An order, with its article and messages, is visible to the buyer (or the client email it was invoiced to), the publisher, and our admins. Its status page opens only for those people after they sign in.
- Live posts are public on the publisher's site by nature.
Services we rely on
- Clerk for sign-in and account security.
- Cloudflare for hosting and storing the platform's data.
- PayPal for payments, invoices and payouts. PayPal handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
They process data on our behalf to provide those functions. We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Cookies and storage
We use only what's needed to keep you signed in and remember small preferences in your browser (such as the last side you used). There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Account and campaign data is kept while your account is open. Orders, payments and invoices are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, then deleted. Request logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your choices
- Edit your profile, campaigns, sites and prices in the app at any time.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. Order records the other party relies on, and records we must keep by law, may be retained in a limited form.
- Write to [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new date, and tell you in the app or by email if a change affects how your data is used.
